Abstract

Huawei CloudEngine S6730S-S series switches are full-featured switches with 10GbE fiber access ports and 40GbE uplink ports. They can be used to provide high-speed access for Wi-Fi 6 APs and 10Gbps access to high-density servers or function as core/aggregation switches in a campus network to provide 40Gbps uplinks.

Tolly engineers evaluated Huawei CloudEngine S6730S-S series switches’ performance and validated their features. Built upon Huawei’s high performance Versatile Routing Platform (VRP) software, CloudEngine S6730S-S series switches can be configured locally or work in cloud-managed mode to be managed by Huawei Agile Controller. CloudEngine S6730S-S series switches also support numerous security features and can interoperate with Huawei Cybersecurity Intelligence System (CIS) for Encrypted Communications Analytics (ECA) and network-wide threat deception.
